My Favorite Trip
My Favorite Trip
Someone once said: "you can either travel or read, and either your body or soul must be on the way." I like it which gives me strength to challenge myself.
One of my favorite trips is been Tibet. On last winter holiday, I visited my uncle who lives and makes business in Tibet. Traveling Tibet really is a big challenge to me, both physical and mental.
I took the K918 train from Lanzhou to Lhasa, which almost cost me 28 hours. When I arrived at Lhasa, it was the second day 3:00 p.m. At first several days, everything was well and I didn't feel uncomfortable. However, gradually, I found that my body was lost control. I couldn't do any sport immensely. I got a cold, even worse the sick lasted half a month. but, In Lanzhou, I generally never saw doctor. My body would recover by itself, while it was very difficult for me that the body turned health in Lhasa.
On the other hand, I was shocked by local residents. They are so kind and easy-going. They like talking with people and strongly believe Buddha always bless them. Everybody lives in a harmonious atmosphere. Life rhythm is very slow. They never worry about their life.
Having traveled Tibet gives me strength to change myself. Learn to follow my heart rather than bother by others' advices as well as live people with humanity. I think that is all I get from that trip.
