艾灸劳宫穴，每天十分钟，当然是双手的，当你握拳的时候中指按到手心的位置即是劳宫穴，艾灸条十几块一盒，药店有网上也有，悬灸，感觉温热即可。如果在加上中脘穴更好，在肚脐上方四指宽度的位置，同样的办法。
