Asp.net页面引用SAP IQ 16 iAnywhere.Data.SQLAnywhere.V4.0.dll报错，语言文件没找到

将dbcon16.dll,dblgen16.dll,dblgzh16.dll拷贝到C:\Windows\System32\Inetsrv目录即可
