【Ubuntu】安装tar.gz文件

安装tar.gz文件

解压tar.gz文件,在解压出来的文件目录下，进行命令操作。
tar.gz软件，大多是通过命令（以下）三步来安装：

./configure 
make 
make install 

有的软件是直接二步安装：

make
make install 

ERROR: no such package ‘tensorflow/contrib/lite/toco’: BUILD file not found in any of the following directories.
toco目标已从// tensorflow / contrib / lite / toco移动到// tensorflow / lite / toco
