对 vCenter Server 中的性能数据间断或性能数据缺失进行故障排除 (1003878)

Symptoms

  • Gaps in performance data
  • Missing performance data

Resolution

Validate that each troubleshooting step below is true for your environment. Each step provides instructions or a link to a document, in order to eliminate possible causes and take corrective action as necessary. The steps are ordered in the most appropriate sequence to isolate the issue and identify the proper resolution. Do not skip a step

  1. Verify that the performance data issue applies to all ESX/ESXi hosts. If the issue is isolated to one ESX/ESXi host, restart the VMware Management agents. For more information, see Restarting the Management agents on an ESX or ESXi Server (1003490).

  2. Verify that the time is synchronized throughout the environment and that no changes to time have been made in the last 24 hours. For more information, see Verifying time synchronization across an ESX/ESXi host environment (1003736).

  3. Verify that there has been no excessive database growth and that there is space left in the database. For more information, see Investigating the health of a vCenter Server database (1003979).

  4. Verify that the scheduled rollups are running as expected (VirtualCenter 2.5.x only). For more information, see Performance statistics rollup failure due to arithmetic overflow errors (1003732).

  5. Purge old data from the database. For more information, see Purging old data from the database used by vCenter Server (1025914).
