1. 打开菜单 Tools->Options
2. 选择 Text Editor -> File Extesion

3. 在Extension框中输入skin

4. 在Editor下拉框中选择User Control Editor

5. 点击Add, OK

6. 重新打开skin文件，看看效果。呵呵
