You can't be brave if you've only had wonderful things happen to you.

人生若只是有美好的境遇，那你也没办法学会勇敢。

Whereas I would rather have only wonderful things in my life, if I can live in that way, even being consdiered as a coward is worthwhile.

Courage is doing what you're afraid to do.

There can be no courage unless you're scared.

行畏惧之事可谓勇；无畏则无勇。
