Today is my birthday and I have totally refreshed.

Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.

智者始于自知。

The most difficult thing in the world may be to know ourself deeply and clearly.

Please be clear and honest with ourself about what really matters to us.

What really matters to me?

Can I think about this and can you give me some hints?

 

Step by step and the thing is done.

The right direction is also very important.

If you choose the wrong way, you may be further away from the things you desire.

I find there are too much negative things in my life.

So, identify and eliminate the attitudes and activities that take me away from the life I want to live.
