Adventure may hurt you, but monotony will kill you.

也许冒险会让你受伤，但一成不变会让你灭亡。

Just change a bit, let the daily life be a little different.

Gradually we'll see the turning point, the true turning point.

 

Do not seek to follow in the footsteps of the men of old; seek what they sought.

不要追寻先人的足迹，追寻先人所追寻的吧！

Not the footsteps but the spirits.

If we just follow in the footsteps of our ancestors, we may stumble upon some crossroads with nothing going on.

But if we can inherit their spirits, that is, the spirits of seeking for the truth, then we can always get improved even when facing obstacles.
