配置案例如下；

定义策略组：
access-list ID permit ip any any

模版关联策略组：
class-map match-all name
  match access-group ID 
定义限速策略关联策略模版：
policy-map custom-name
  class name
    police Bytes bytes exceed-action drop
端口调用策略：
service-policy input policy custom-name

 个进制转换bit（位）bytes（字节）M

1Byte = 8 Bit 
1KB   = 1,024 Bytes
1MB   = 1,024 KB = 1,048,576 Bytes
