iOS10App如何跳转到系统设置<转>

 在最近做的一个Wi-Fi类的项目，需要实现类似万能钥匙中点击一个Wi-Fi跳转到系统Wi-Fi设置界面的功能。废话我就不多说了，下面就是实现代码了。
