    Skilled with CSharp programming, specially on Memory Management like Marshall/Unmarshall and network programming

2.       Skilled with RPC/COM/DCOM

3.       Skilled with C++, special on CSharp and C++ mixed programming

4.       Skilled with Win32/.Net Interop

 

The following issue is a plus

5.       Skilled on Network Datagram analyzing, Experience with Netmon is a plus

6.       Skilled with Windbg is a plus

 

For soft skill, I suggest

1.       Familiar on Email communication

2.       Familiar with Mix-Vendor environment

3.       Be ready to work OT
