vmvare下磁盘的扩容

lv是逻辑卷的简写:

1.vmvare下添加磁盘,开始扩容,过程如下:

 vgextend rhel /dev/sdg  --将新添加的sdg加入到vg中。
 lvextend -L 25G /dev/mapper/rhel-root --扩充到目标大小
resize2fs -p -F /dev/mapper/rhel-root --扩充完之后,在df -h下看还是原来的大小,需要resize一下。

2.pv的创建

pvcreate /dev/sdb /dev/sdc

 

3、vg的创建

 vgcreate datadg /dev/sdb /dev/sdc

 

4、lv的创建、删除

lvcreate -L 2000G -n lv_data datavg

 

5、挂载lv

mkfs -t ext4 /dev/datavg/lv_data

[root@localhost /]# mkfs -t ext4 /dev/datadg/lv_data
mke2fs 1.42.9 (28-Dec-2013)
文件系统标签=
OS type: Linux
块大小=4096 (log=2)
分块大小=4096 (log=2)

mount /dev/datavg/lv_data /data

 

6、对于/dev/sdb直接格式化

[root@localhost /]# mkfs -t ext4 /dev/sdb
mke2fs 1.42.9 (28-Dec-2013)
/dev/sdb is entire device, not just one partition!
无论如何也要继续? (y,n) y
文件系统标签=
