get_timing_path 为report timing 的指令，

worst 的个数，默认值1；
-max_paths
max_path_cnt，默认1；
-start_end_type
四中时序类型，reg_to_reg/reg_to_out/in_to_reg/in_to_out；
-exclude
排除在外的list；
