ubuntu 安装psycopg2包

psycopg2 库是 python 用来操作 postgreSQL 数据库的第三方库。

执行：pip3 install psycopg2==2.8.4

有可能会报错：

解决方法

sudo apt-get install postgresql
sudo apt-get install python-psycopg2
sudo apt-get install libpq-dev
pip3 install psycopg2==2.8.4
