出现ValueError: check_hostname requires server_hostname如何解决

在安装wandb库的时候，出现了ValueError: check_hostname requires server_hostname的报错:

 最后显示：

 解决办法是将 代理服务器关闭。设置->网络与Internet->代理

 关闭后重新安装：
