安装websphere常见的问题

　　环境：jdk1.7  win7 32位旗舰版

1、websphere安装出现错误框：

　　提示文字“??????????????????? -console ? -silent??????????”，解决方法使用兼容模式运行：

 

2、概要文件删除：

　　　　　　　　manageprofiles.bat -delete -profileName ess

如果提示命令执行成功，但出现错误让你去日志查看去，一般是因为文件夹没有删掉，手动删除就行。

3、启动时报：
