修改启用日期时，提示 APP-OFA-48392：摊销起始日期必须迟于启用日期(APP-OFA-48392: Amortization Start Date must be after Date Placed in Service' When Changing Date Placed in Service (Doc ID 299917.1))
怎么调整修改都不行。
这个问题各种搜索，都找不到对应的解决办法，
后来在官网的Support里面找到了这个BUG，最后只能是报废重建一个新的（This is the intended behavior. The workaround is to adjust the cost to zero, retire the asset, and add a new asset with the correct DPIS.）。
触发条件是，这个资产做过调整，并勾选了摊销调整。
查询官网，发现是个BUG
解决办法：报废，建新资产，相关的总账手调处理吧。

SYMPTOMS
When changing the Date Placed In Service in the Asset Workbench form, the following error occurs:
APP-OFA-48392: Amortization Start Date must be after Date Placed in Service (DPIS)
CHANGES
CAUSE
This restriction was introduced through the fix for Bug 3724207.
If there is another previous adjustment transaction between the addition and the new DPIS change,
the error message FA_AMORT_DATE_INVALID will be raised in fa_asset_val_pvt.validate_dpis (FAVVALB.pls).
SOLUTION
This is the intended behavior. The workaround is to adjust the cost to zero, retire the asset, and add a new asset with the correct DPIS.
