ERROR [AbstractEncryption] Unable to decrypt

I'm assuming it looks something like: 
http\://localhost\:8080/plugin/maven-repo/=system\={Simple}null 

If you change to be: 
http\://localhost\:8080/plugin/maven-repo/=system\=manager
