gecode int branch

主要通过两个类来实现 ViewValuesBrancher 和 valselcommitint,前一个针对min和max, 后一个针对其它情况

这样总思路也就清晰了,使用intvarbrach作为选择器,然后ViewValuesBrancher 才是真正的brancher,这个才是正主。
