谁知道c++中的char ** 在C#中一般用什么类型

摘要：类似这样这样的 int GetData(char ** pBuffer)我用public externa static int GetData(StringBuilder pBuffer),得到的好象不对Google也没搜到这样的例子,不知道谁做过没有阅读全文
