配置 archlinux 之安装 vmware tools (sysinit)
如果在虚拟机安装archlinux，最好安装上vmware tools。
一、安装open-vm-tools
pacman -S open-vm-tools

二、启动VMware tools
/etc/rc.d/open-vm-tools start
或者在启动时候自动加载，加入到/etc/rc.conf里面daemon一行：
DAEMONS=(.... ... .... open-vm-tools ...)
注意：x86_64没有open-vm-tools包
运行结果：

三、安装open-vm-tools-modules
sudo pacman -S open-vm-tools-modules

再开启vmware tools就没上面的错误了。
四、配置vmware tools
pacman -S gtkmm
