[副词]
(1)刚刚: The plane has just arrived.
(2)马上,不久 : We're just leaving.
(3)正好:It's just what I thought.
(4)一样地:This restaurant is just as expensive as the other one.
(5)仅仅，只有:By the end of the lecture there were just three people in the room.
(6)几乎没有: I've only just got enough money.
(7)表示强调(=so): The sunset was just amazing.
(8)弱化强调(=simply):Ijust wondered if you were free tonight.

语法结构

1 have/had | + just | + 过去分词
  I've just seen Tony.
  We had just got home when the alarm went off.
  谈论刚刚发生的事情(用现在完成时)

2 am/is/was等 | + just | + going to /about to
  Have you packed?~I'm just going to.
  We arrived at the station when the train was just about to leave.
  谈论在不久的将来发生的事情。

3 just | + as | +形容词/副词 | + as
  She is just as nice as her sister.
  The train is just as fast as the bus.
  表示两样东西是同等的、一样的.

搭配

  just经常与下列单词连用:about,after/before,as,because,enough,like,then和yet.
      The report is just about ready:I need another day or two.
      The phone rang just as she was leaving.
      She got married just before her thirtieth birthday.
      Just because I'm 16,it doesn't mean I'm a baby.
      There's just enough bread for lunch.
      It's just like Carlos not to leave a tip.
      It was just then that the rain started.
