Godaddy身份验证

前不久收到一封Godaddy邮件，大意是说需要验证我的账户身份，暂时冻结了账户，需要验证后才能解锁。

收到这封邮件的时候有些措手不及，起先我并没有细看邮件，以为又是推销的或者是让我确认Godaddy信息的，后面仔细阅读后才发现这一封有一些不一样。很早的时候我就在Godaddy购买了域名并续费了很多年，一直相安无事，怎么忽然又让我验证身份了呢？邮件的内容如下：

In order to confirm applicable regulatory compliance, we need additional documentation from you. Please provide a copy of your Passport within thirty (30) days from the date of this communication. If you do not have a Passport, please provide a copy of your National Identification. If you do not provide the requested documentation by that deadline, we will have no choice but to terminate any and all accounts you have with GoDaddy and/or its affiliates.
A scanned image (under 1 MB in size) can be attached as a response to this message. Upon receipt of the requested documentation, we will re-evaluate the status of your account. During this period, your account will remain locked. We appreciate your anticipated cooperation.

随后我紧急登陆了Godaddy账户，发现确实是登陆不上了，于是电话联系中文客服，客服说这种情况他们也没办法，必须要传身份信息进行解锁，当时客服还告诉我必须传英文的身份证信息。由于并没有出过国，所以我也没有护照，短时间内办也不太现实，就传了中文的身份证照片正反面去解锁，回了封邮件大意如下：

I am Chinese and I have no Passport ,this is my National Identification look at the attachment,please help me as soon as possible~

几天后终于收到解封邮件，才稍微松了一口气。Godaddy回复的邮件内容如下：

Thank you for your inquiry. No further action is required at this time. Your account has been unlocked and is available for your use.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to doing business with you. Please contact Customer Support if you need any assistance in the future.
