install .net 8 sdk/runtime on win7

.net 8 sdk/runtime can be installed on win7, if

 

  1. install vc redistribute: 

    Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Version: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#latest-microsoft-visual-c-redistributable-version

    It works from Win7.

  2. install KB2533623 or KB3063858
