解决方法：
找到Maven本地仓库spring-instrument-4.3.12.RELEASE.jar的位置，然后将-javaagent:C:\Users\Administrator\.m2\repository\org\springframework\spring-instrument\4.3.12.RELEASE\spring-instrument-4.3.12.RELEASE.jar加到下图位置
然后就OK了！！！
