故障公告：IIS应用程序池停止工作造成博客站点无法访问

非常抱歉，今天凌晨博客站点负载均衡中所有3台服务器的IIS应用程序池突然停止工作，造成 1:20-7:45 左右博客站点无法正常访问，由此给您带来很大的麻烦，请您谅解。

服务器操作系统是 Windows Server 2016，对应的 IIS 错误日志如下：

A process serving application pool 'www.cnblogs.com' suffered a fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service. The process id was '692'. The data field contains the error number.

Application pool 'www.cnblogs.com' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.

这样的 IIS 应用程序池突然停止问题之前几年才偶尔在某台服务器出现1次，没想到今天3台服务器同时出现，而且是在凌晨负载非常低的时候。。。

对于这次突发故障的原因，我们目前毫无进一步的线索；在这次故障的应急处理中，我们在运维工作上存在问题，我们会吸取教训，加以改进。
