GATK不能多线程的问题

问题：申请了多线程但是只能单线程

 

17:13:48.941 INFO  IntelPairHmm - Available threads: 1
17:13:48.941 INFO  IntelPairHmm - Requested threads: 4
17:13:48.941 WARN  IntelPairHmm - Using 1 available threads, but 4 were requested

　　

 解决方法：

export OMP_NUM_THREADS=4
