Luogu-P2512 [HAOI2008]糖果传递 贪心

题意:
有n个小朋友坐成一圈,每人有$a[i]$个糖果。每人只能给左右两人传递糖果。每人每次传递一个糖果代价为1。问使得每个人手中糖果个数相同的最小代价。
思路:
如果不是环。这道题要考虑前 i 个人 和前(i+1)个人的转移,前i个人必须从第i+1个人中拿到$sum(1~i) - i * ave$的个数。
所以总费用就是n个前缀和相加(这里的前缀和已经减去平均值)。因为是环,可以发现以第K个人开始记录的前缀和可以从原来的前缀和推过来。
假定我们切开后的顺序是
$$A[k+1],A[k+2],...,A[M],A[1],...,A[k]A[k+1],A[k+2],...,A[M],A[1],...,A[k] $$
那么其前缀和也会有所变化,即
$$S[k+1]−S[k],S[k+2]−S[k],...,S[M]−S[k],.S[1]+S[M]−S[k],...,S[M]S[k+1]−S[k],S[k+2]−S[k],...,S[M]−S[k],.S[1]+S[M]−S[k],...,S[M]$$。
又因为$S[M]$等于0。所以就是求$sum(S[i] - S[k])$的最小值,可以发现这个k为中位数时,取到最小值。
