adb server is out of date. killing... 问题解决

调试android程序，得到如下提示：

[2013-07-26 11:32:00 - Com.charme.app] The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.
[2013-07-26 11:32:00 - Com.charme.app] You must restart adb and Eclipse.
[2013-07-26 11:32:00 - Com.charme.app] Please ensure that adb is correctly located at 'E:\android_sdk\platform-tools\adb.exe' and can be executed.

 

重启adb以及eclipse都没有办法。

 

命令行下启动adb，得到如下提示

 

解决方法：

3.任务管理器里面结束掉1344进程即可。

 

PS:很狗血的发现，此进程为360手机助手，汗。只好卸载了。
