HDLCompiler:104 Library unit floating_point_v5_0_comp is not available in library XilinxCoreLib 解决一例

曾经尝试过新建XilinxCoreLib库，然后把floating_point_v5_0_comp 添加进去，结果：不行。

曾经尝试手动生成floating_point的IP核，然后把一堆东西添加进ISE,结果：不行。

官方说法为：To work around this issue, the library files must be included in the current project and compiled again。

感悟良久，突然感觉来了，在top moudle上右键点击Manual Compile Order，调整编译文件和编译顺序，遂解决之。
