EndNote: layout can not be formatted because it is no longer open

1. 在Endnote里选Tools—Cite
   While You Write（CWYW）—CWYW Preferences

   

2. 这样会在word的界面下打开一个窗口。Keyboard—Commands里选—format
   bibliography—右侧assign—确定。 之后在word下就可以用了。
