如果遇到安装后，右键菜单不出现open in new tab的话。https://www.v2ex.com/t/359535

 1.选择View，然后options里面勾选QTTaBar

2.如果还是不行的话，按照原文链接，调整ie的配置，允许第三方浏览器扩展。

3.重启之后，在ie的设置，manage add-ons中启用qt tabbar
