需要删除临时文件夹，然后重新编译。奇怪的是，我的web site的文件，在这个路径下。而不是Application Pool的路径下

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\d6b31d03

 

2024年04月02日又遇到这个错误，关闭所有访问站点的网页，然后强制关掉网站对应的w3wp.exe进程。然后删掉文件夹

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root
