iis 404

IIS 10 - 404 Error (But the files exist...)

 

As I messed around in the services, config files and logs... It appears that the service World Wide Web Publishing Service wasn't running... So the solution for the problem is that the service wasn't running, at all. Thanks for all the advices though!
