乱码的情况

1、springMVC：jsp页面向controller传值，例如；park/findByTag?tag=大大班

 controller乱码，

解决方案：

String tag=request.getParameter("tag");

  tag= new String(tag.getBytes("ISO-8859-1"),"UTF-8");
