Keyless entry system mass production programming tool SmartPRO 5000u-plus programmer
NXP's PKE chip PCF7952 is the most widely used keyless car anti-theft system main control chip on the market. With the promotion and popularization of PKE technology, more and more customers have the demand for mass production of PKE chips. At present, the Jlink tools equipped by customers have encountered many problems in mass production.
SmartPRO 5000U-Plus and SmartPRO T9000-PLUS in SmartPRO series programmers support NXP's PKE chip PCF7952 and can perform similar chip upgrades. This article will explain the advantages of SmartPRO series programmers in programming PCF7952 from the perspective of programming performance, operation methods and successful cases.

i. The programming speed includes erasing, programming, verification, and protection;
ii. The speed is measured in the IAR environment. If the download command is used, the speed will be slower.

SmartPRO series programmers are universal programmers that can program various types of chips, such as ARM, DSP, FPGA, CPLD, Nor Flash, Nand Flash, (E) EPROM, etc., as well as most of the more common chips currently on the market. Compared with simulation tools such as Jlink, SmartPRO series programmers have the following advantages:
1. Pin detection: Once the chip is not in good contact, the programmer software interface will prompt that a specific pin is not in contact, which can more effectively improve the burning efficiency, increase the service life of the adapter, and increase the burning success rate. If it is an offline burning, the programmer can only be started after the chip pins are connected to the programmer to prevent misoperation;
2. Overcurrent detection: When the chip is placed upside down, a detection prompt will be given to remind the user that the chip is placed incorrectly to avoid burning the chip;
3. Simple programming operation: By adding single-step operation to the combination operation customization, and then directly clicking the mass production button, it will be operated with one click according to the specified operation steps;
4. Offline programming: SmartPRO programmer supports offline programming, which means that mass production can be carried out without connecting to a computer. It is convenient for production line operation;
5. Mass production function: True one-to-four asynchronous programming, no need to wait for four stations. This can save customers more valuable time for mass programming of chips, fundamentally improve the programming efficiency and increase production capacity.
