Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available.

anaconda安装以后安装包的时候报这个错误，有2种情况：

1.没有安装SSL模块，我是win10，需要安装个Win64OpenSSL-1_1_1c.exe

2.安装的时候没有选择所有人，或者没有添加环境变量
