Python：报错——ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'encodings'

运行Python报错：Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: unable to load the file system codec
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'encodings'

 

处理步骤：

1.Files >>>Setting >>>Project >>>Python Interpreter  >>>Add Interpreter

 

2.选择 System Interpreter >>>提交已安装的Python路径；点击OK保存；

 3.选择已经设置好的Interpreter；Apply 即可。

 4.重新运行Python。
