这句css能很好解决ie背景不支持RGBa透明问题 

filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient(startcolorstr=#2F000000,endcolorstr=#2F000000);

而且兼容性很好！已测试，#2F000000第一个2为透明度，想多少透明度自己改
