nlog 2.0 强制转换使用 4.0 版本

今天下午研发代码，发现调用其他小组研发的代码，发现其中有使用nlog功能，但nlog版本是2.0 ，而我的项目使用4.0 版本

导致部分功能不能使用，故在web配置文件中加入以下代码即可
