FATAL: Could not read from boot medium. System halted

问题描述：
vitualbox中创建xp虚拟机，安装过程时第一步就报错：
FATAL: Could not read from boot medium. System halted.

我在网上试了各种方式，后来都不行，在此提供一个解决思路：

重新下载了一个xp系统版本就可以了。换成是其他版本virtualbox就会莫名出现上面的错误。

尝试过的错误版本：

1.网站MSDN上下载的有:

      Windows XP Service Pack 1a (Simplified Chinese)

     Windows XP Service Pack 3 (x86) - CD (Chinese-Simplified)

　  Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 3 (x86) - CD (Chinese-Simplified)

2.其他网站的ghost版：只试过一个，也报错了，因为ghost版更新快，这里就不写了。一个帖子上说ghost在virtualbox上都不行，所以主要是

   尝试用的MSDN的系统。

成功安装的版本：

    MSDN网站中的：Windows XP Home with Service Pack 3 (x86) - CD (Chinese-Simplified) 版

    下载后文件名：zh-hans_windows_xp_home_with_service_pack_3_x86_cd_x14-92408.iso
