Unable to get the project ile from the web server的解决方法

用VS打开一个项目时出现"Unable to get the project ile from the web server."的错误，可是我敢保证项目文件正确无误，不太清楚是什么问题，但是只要把"X:\Documents and Settings\用户名\VSWebCache\机器名"里的那个以你想打开的那个项目为名的文件夹删掉就OK了。
