发送短信功能
-API: 网络地址,有请求方式,向这个地址按照规则发送请求,就能完成某些操作---》以后只要使用第三方服务,大概率会提供给你api
-sdk:集成开发工具包,第三方平台,用不同语言对api接口进行封装---》只要按照它的使用规则--->直接导入使用接口
-可能没提供所有语言的sdk,不同语言要单独写
-python的形式就是一个 包,把包下载下来
-以后使用第三方,如果有sdk,优先用sdk,如果没有,只能用api
