pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'pytz' distribution was not found and is required by Django解决方法

 在创建第一个django项目时输入：

django-admin startproject HelloWorld

报错：
pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'pytz' distribution was not found and is required by Django

参考了网上很多方法都没有解决，最后解决办法是：
安装pytz模块（时区模块）
python -m pip install pytz
