I`m regarded as the most potential one in my department, and my boss wanna me to becoming SA from SD and take role of the leader of PDM section-charging PDM project planning,requirement analysis,and etc .So it`s getting on with my occupational planning and everything looks not bad. BUT in Foxconn，the corporate culture is Execution,System,Processes and Forms, no CREATIVITY.I know it`s not the fault of Foxconn, it dues to the manufacture industry; But it`s the work environment I want indeed.The human-based management and international business attract so much! I like the advertising slogan 'Let`s make things better!' very much.I want to do things better and more creative.
So this is why I am perplexed whether or not job-hop this time. I will be very honored if I can get some advise from such a senior HR manager like you.
