mysql> create user 'test1'@'localhost' identified by '123456';
ERROR 1819 (HY000): Your password does not satisfy the current policy requirements

原因：密码策略问题

解决办法：
1.查看mysql初始的密码策略

mysql> show variables like 'validate_password%';

2.设置密码的验证强度等级，设置validate_password_policy的全局参数为LOW
（修改为low后，就只验证密码的长度）

mysql> set global validate_password_policy=LOW;
