hive 踩坑

1、 create tabl

metastore.MetaStoreDirectSql: Self-test query [select "DB_ID" from "DBS"] failed; direct SQL is disabled
javax.jdo.JDODataStoreException: Error executing SQL query "select "DB_ID" from "DBS"".

 

2、hive --service metastore

Starting Hive Metastore Server
MetaException(message:Version information not found in metastore. )

 

3、schematool -dbType derby -initSchema

原因：
运行 schematool -dbType derby -initSchema

之前运行了hive 命令

方案：
   删除metastore.db

 

FUNCTION 'NUCLEUS_ASCII' already exists. (state=X0Y68,code=30000)
org.apache.hadoop.hive.metastore.HiveMetaException: Schema initialization FAILED! Metastore state would be inconsistent !!
Underlying cause: java.io.IOException : Schema script failed, errorcode 2
Use --verbose for detailed stacktrace.

The server time zone value 'EDT' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.
