手动安装服务
httpd.exe -k install
httpd.exe -k uninstall
绿色版，不用setup，直接运行ApacheMonitor.exe启动服务。

VC14记得安装vc_redist_x64/86.exe.
启动不起来报错的话，在windows的事件查看器>Windows 日志>应用程序>错误，内容很明确的显示出来了，一般是下面2个文件需要修改，文件路径和端口。
