1. 使用Eclipse通过Svn导入项目
2.cmd 在项目目录下执行 mvn eclipse:eclipse
3. 然后在项目上点击右键 configure ->convert to maven project 就OK了。
一定要先设置好maven的配置路径：windows > preferences > maven > user settings
